As part of the ADU Site Consultation, the ADU Consultant will research the property, conduct a two-hour site visit, and provide expert guidance with assessing and launching ADU projects. This will be done by:
Property Research: Prior to the site-visit, the ADU Consultant will conduct in depth research on the zoning, permitting, design parameters, construction methods, estimated costs, financing options, property management, and long-term maintenance of the ADU project and/or property.
