The ADU Consultant’s services are ideal for homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals. Services are divided into two parts; ADU Site Consultation and ADU Project Management. Overview of the services are detailed below:
The ADU Consultant will research the property, conduct a two-hour site visit, and provide expert advice to orient and guide the client(s) through the ADU project(s).
The ADU Consultant will provide expert guidance and technical assistance, on an hourly basis, through all phases of the ADU development process
DEPENDING ON THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT AND NEEDS OF THE CLIENT OR FIRM, WE OFFER AN HOURLY CONSULTING RATE. CONSULTANT RATES ARE BETWEEN $150 AND $300 PER HOUR AND RETAINERS ARE PAID IN ADVANCE.
AFTER THE INTRODUCTORY CALL, WE MAY RECOMMEND SCHEDULING A FOLLOW UP MEETING REVIEW THE SCOPE OF WORK, DRAFT THE CONSULT AGREEMENT, ORGANIZE ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION, AND ADDRESS ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE.
